I am from the small ranching community Collbran, CO, nestled in the Plateau Valley at the foot of the Grand Mesa.
I was raised ranching with my dad in Collbran and even though it wasn't what I wanted to do at that point nor in the future, dad instilled a strong work ethic in me and a love of horses and cattle that grew with time. I enjoy working with livestock and try to do showing respect to the animals I work with by keeping the stress level as low as possible.
In 1997 I started a career with the Eagle County Sheriff's Office which went through 2010 when I left to pursue a career with horses. From 1998 through 2011 I was a professional bullfighter in the PRCA, PBR, and CPRA traveling America getting hooked.
Today I work with horses full-time and do day work on local ranches. I am also an assistant football coach at the school I grew up in, Plateau Valley School.
My wife, Tammy and I enjoy pursuing our passion for horses with Christ as the center of our life.†
